Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, or replacements once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Cute Charm Co. is not responsible for items that are damaged, lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for packages that are damaged during shipping, marked as delivered but missing, or lost by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
